Remarks :

• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American Breakfast, 10% Service charge and subject to 7% VAT.
• Weekday : Monday - Thursday and Weekend : Friday - Sunday (Any long weekend is considered weekend rates)
• From 01 Nov '08 - 30 Sep '09 minimum of 4 nights is required during Peak Season.
• Room rates are for 2 persons per room per night.
• No room charge for children under 12 years old sharing room with parents, maximum 1 child per room. (Excluded breakfast, order from menu)
• Extra person charge 900 Baht / person / night, inclusive of breakfast.
• Out side food and drinks are not allowed.
• Air-conditioning hours : 18.00 pm. - 8.00 am.
• The minimum of 3 nights is required during Peak Season.
