All above rates are nett in Thai Baht. Special rate will be applied during Public Holidays and Long Weekends. Child Policy:
- Children below 4 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding are free of charge.
- Children 5-12 years old sharing room with parents will be charged 25% of the adult rate. Check In & Check Out Time:
- Check in: 2:00 p.m.
- Check out: 12:00 noon
- Late check out until 6:00 p.m. will be charged 50% of the room rate
- Late check out after 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full room rate

Ban Rim Talay: Should you come as a group we can offer 2 other 4 bedrooms guesthouses, Sleep 6 guests per room. Both with large area verandes and the same breathtahking sea-views.

Ban Klang Nam: in all there are tem privte guesthouses set over the water in the same arrangement, At the homes of the local islander. Each guesthouse offers 2 twin bedrooms and takes up to 4 guests. You also have your own adhoining bathroom. The bedroom door opens out onto your private balcony to overlook an outstanding sun adn seascape.
