• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht and on room only. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• No extra bed.
• If ABF is required, it can be availed at THB 150/person/meal.
• Public Holiday and Long Weekend Surcharge:
  - Rates during the Peak Season will apply.
• Minimum Nights Requirement:
  - 3 consecutive nights during the High Season
  - 4 consecutive nights during the Green Season
  - Otherwise, surcharge of THB 150/booking will apply
• Child Policy:
  - Child under 8 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding is free of charge.
