enquiries can be made on-line and bookings can be made by using enquiry & booking
forms provided. A 24-Hour response can be expected. All offers, discounts & packages
are specially tailored for Koh-Chang.com and

7. Hotel Voucher
| As soon as payment is received a Hotel
Voucher will be sent to you by e-mail. It is advisable
but not compulsory to print out the Hotel Voucher for verification on check-in.
We would like to advise that the name on the voucher
should be the same as appeared in your passport which is needed for check-in. |
8. Cancellation & Changes
in Bookings
Cancellation of bookings must
be sent by fax only to (66 2) 399-1885. Changes in bookings must be sent by e-mail
to Koh-Chang.com
or by fax to (66 2) 399-1885 . Please never send cancellation or booking changes
instructions to hotels.

will confirm your cancellation or booking changes by e-mail once the process
is completed.
